Once the HER GLOSS™ online shop opens, you will receive:

Shipping details (including regions, rates, and delivery timelines) will be posted closer to launch.
Return & Refunds Policy
Returns & Refunds (Lip Gloss Policy)
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lip gloss.
Condition: Items must be in original, unopened, and unused condition (including original packaging).
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (for eligible items).
Exchanges: Not offered; returns are for refunds only.
How refunds work: Once your eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. (Processing times may vary by bank/provider.)


Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Item Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please email customerservice@herglossofficial.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and availability.

Ingredients, Sensitivities & Allergies
Your comfort matters. Because skin sensitivities vary from person to person:
